Fun Fact Friday: Case Information

The status of your case is available on Virginia's Judicial System website. You can search using your name, case number, or court date. The Circuit Court has jurisdiction over the probate process (including wills) and over real estate, among other things.

You can also pay traffic tickets and other offenses through this site, if an in-person court appearance is not required. Be sure to read all the warnings on that page for important information. (Note, for example, that "Pre-court payments are deemed a waiver of a court hearing and entry of a guilty plea.")
